Drinking any dark colored drink will discolor your teeth. Cola, Root Beer, Coffee, tea.
You just need to pay especial attention to brushing with a whitening paste...

yes, they have natural dyes in them that will over a long period of time discolourour teeth, just brush well!

Yes, but the remedy is to brush with anti-tartar, all-whitening toothpastes. If you don't have that where you live, try your paste with baking soda. Baking soda not only kills odors, but will clean keep your teeth clean.

Drinking lots of tea or coffee will stain our teeth yes, in a very similar way to the staining you find inside the tea or coffee mug.
It is fairly straightforward to remove by the hygienist at your dental surgery.
The colour of our teeth is determined by the dentin which is the tooth structure under the enamel. Enamel is translucent so as we get older it thins with natural wear and tear so dentin shows through more easily thus making the tooth darker or more yellow.
