Twice a day, I use a tongue scrapper, I floss once a day and use mouth wash twice a day, I do on occasion brush up to 4 times a day if I have eaten alot of cariogenic foods.

Z E R O ! ! ! My teeth are so far gone I can't afford to have them taken out. I found a way to temporarily by-pass the pain but I don't know how to explain it.

I brush 2 times a day. I'v never had a cavity & my teeth are really nice, so I keep them brushed, sparkly & clean. I HATE that nasty feeling on my teeth when they're not brushed anyways, so it's easy for me 2 keep them brushed.
