u just got lucky...i read an article on this a week ago and managed to find it(the magazine is called Body and Soul)
" Banish Bad Breath
-Fennel-(why it works) chewing on Fennel seeds stimulated saliva production which is key for stopping bad breath. (how to use it) pop a small handful of seeds after a pungent meal...gnawing on fresh mint, Anise seeds, or Parsley can also help.
-probiotics - (why it works) these friendly bacteria can help prevent bad breath by restoring your body's balance of good bugs and bad bugs. (how to use it) take a probiotis suplement such as acidophilius, or include more yogurt, kefir, and other fermented foods in your daily diet.
-Peppermint or Cinnamon essential oils - (why it works) Antibacterial Peppermint and Cinnamon essential oils can help you wipe out stinky sulfur compounds left behind by Garlic or onions. (how to use it) place one or two drops of Peppermint or Cinnamon oil on your tongue; do not ingest more than this amount."

When you brush your teeth make sure you brush your tongue because that is where the bad breath lives. Also, try some mouth wash...like Listerine....it's kills bacteria. If that doesn't work I would talk to you doctor about it.

worry not for bad breath can be prevented you just need to follow some tips so that you will avoid dirty mouth which is nothing much serious that no breath at all. first and foremost, you need to have a proper oral hygiene and habits. it is best that every after meal you must brush and floss teeth properly.
since there are many causes of bad breath, be able to determine the underlying cause to get the right treatment for it. a dental check up and cleanings may help prevent it. or you can use an oral care product that is all natural to beat the causes of a dirty and stinky mouth.

Bad breath is caused often because you haven't brushed and flossed well .If you don't keep teeth and gums free of the bacterial buildup, they'll start to cause odor as the bacteria rot leftover food particles in your mouth. A few seeds of Cardamom chewed for a brief while will clear your mouth of bad breath. Chew Parsley leaves, which are sure to keep your breath fresh. even though you brush, do you floss and clean properly. Could be you have a build up of tartar which tends to give bad breath and tartar also causes gum problems which again gives off bad breath. It could of course, be something not related to your teeth and gums but what types of food you eat. It's no good just masking the odour with chewing gum or mints you've got to get to the root (no pun intended) of the problem. Start off with a dentist check up to eliminate that then, perhaps the doctor.

Have you tried rinsing your mouth with listerine? There are different types of mouthwashes to help with bad breath. If that doesnt work you might wanna go to your dentist and see if you have a gum disease or something that's causing the bad breath.

You need to floss your teeth regularly and use a Mouthwash as often as you can. Go to the dentist and have your teeth cleaned and polished.
What is causing your bad breath is the food that gets stuck inbetween your teeth, it goes bad and thats what creates the smell so flossing should help rid that.
Try brushing your tongue as well.

Brush, floss and use Mouthwash. Also I find dairy products give me bad breath so it could be something like that. When I drink milk my mouth just feels gunky and my breath smells. If you notice that too then maybe try cutting down on the dairy

studies have shown that chewing gum stimulates better dental health. also, when you eat out, eat that sprig of Parsley, it definitely aids in fighting bad breaath. I keep a tube of toothpaste and a brush in my drawer at work and brush often thru the day. I also use sugar-free mints and gum alot. Good Luck-- also check with your dentist or your doctor if it gets worse. Sometimes bad breath can be a sign of something else going on in your system!!!

Go to your dentist and get a proper check up, you may have a cavity or an infection of some kind. It could just be plaque build up in a place your toothbrush can't reach or even a dirty tongue. (eww!) Brush and floss regularly and use Mouthwash!

Well, first, don't "tend to brush normally"...BRUSH REGULARLY! In the morning, and at night, at the very least. You can add one in around lunch also.
Make sure to use Listerine. You may also want to consider buying a tongue scraper (sounds gross, but even if you brush your teeth, bacteria stays on your tongue).
If you eat mints to try to cover it. make sure they are sugar free. Mints with sugar can actually make it worse.

People can have bad breath for a number of reasons... foods they've eaten, stomach issues, abscessed teeth, swollen gums... and no amount of brushing/flossing will help unless you focus on the initial culprit.
I'd start with a dental checkup to rule out any tooth-related reasons, which could be the reason if you haven't had a cleaning in a while........
Best of luck!
