How do you know a chicken has cancer?

Why would you eat a sick chicken?

that's easy.. NO! Your body mainly your stomach is full of acids and bacteria and infection fighting defense mechanisms. It would be nearly impossible to contract '' cancer '' by eating a chicken with cancer.

No. Cooking will kill cancerous cells and your stomach acids will kill almost anything.
