john t	If you are looking for the "natural cure" type ACV, you want the organic, unfiltered, unpasturized ACV with "mother". The "mother" is supposed to be the strand-like enzymes of connected protein molecules. You can purchase it online: http://www.bragg.com/products/applecidervinegar.html I would be careful when taking this. I was taking it, 1 tablespoon before each meal, and basically ended up giving myself a near toxic dose of the stuff. Everyone's body chemistry is different, and you may not need the extra acidity in your body.
