sarge927	Sure it can. First of all, you have to smoke it, right? That means you're inhaling all those cancer-causing carcinogens. Secondly, it affects your motor functions -- not exactly in the same way alcohol does, but it makes someone who is stoned and behind the wheel every bit as dangerous as a drunk driver (and don't try to tell me stoned people don't drive -- I come from a family of cops and I know better). Finally, there's a list of long-term problems smoking marijuana causes. Yes, alcohol is dangerous in many ways, but so is the wacky weed... Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

franslaimbock	THC cloggs your nervous system and general awareness your intuition gets from a tiger to a mouse.... paranoia it shuts down the chakra's completely. it opens the pathway for bad karma even karma which is not yours. Your fantasy drama (I'm so sad,bored,angry,upset,annoyed) will become way bigger and a fat chance you'll get depressed or ill in another mental way. Oh I forgot, your compasionate ability is severely diminished. I live in Amsterdam and I've seen them come and go for many times. Pot weed THC is a blessing only when used for spiritual purposes. Seth Xavier	There's nothing really wrong with it, i mean it helps cure some sicknesses alright but the thing about it is you get smoke in your lungs (much like a cigarette does) that can cause lung cancer... LOL other than that there's nothing wrong with it XD oh and i know this guy who'se been using weed for years nothings wrong with him except that he gets dumber and i mean DUMBER everytime i see him, which is like once a month.. so like i said, nothings wrong with it. But about how dangerous weed and alcohol are, I think it only depends on how often and how much do you use it. People always say about drug addiction but I think they use to forget about alcoholism. HappyApple	I've smoked herb almost every day for the past 14 years and not once have I been in an accident, gotten paranoid or depressed or gotten bad karma from it. I have no physical or psychological dependency. Mary Jane has been a part of my daily life and always will be, like coffee in the morning. Alcohol ruined my life though. Maggie	I absolutely positively agree with you. I have never know anyone who smokes pot to go out and kill someone, rape someone, get into auto accidents, get road rage while driving or get a chip on his shoulder because someone said something to him that he didn't like. You hear all the time about drunk people murdering, robbing, molesting even kids. In the past I had a friend that whenever he got drunk he beat someone up because he thought they said something derogatory to him. I can't remember how many DUI's he had on his record. When you are stoned on pot you become very nice, easy going, loving and caring. Some people get very creative and artistic even. Yes I do not believe there is anything wrong with smoking weed. The only health issue is the smoking part but weed isn't near as bad as cigarettes. Alcohol will destroy a person's life in so many ways. That is my opinion on the subject and I'm sticking to it. stoner4life	There is nothing wrong with weed, I smoke every once in while to calm my nerves and just to relax, It might kill your lungs, but alcohol will kill your liver. I dont think you should be able to drink and drive, or smoke and drive. either way they are both dangourous. Sarah	ok..so my brother says that weed is not bad for you. it can be given to you for certain diseases. my brother has a disease that affects his face muscles...the doctor told him to use weed to help calm his nerves because it helps with his disease. have you ever heard of someone getting into a wreck because they smoked weed? most ppl when they are high are very cautious of what they do. so i think that alcohol is more dangerous than weed.
