Well you know the toxic dose, be aware that death in this manner is very slow and very painful as it results from liver failure.

Dont know but you should only take what is says. i think its no more than 8 in 12 hours. As long as you follow the instruction to wont get into the "toxic dose" stage. Theres only another reason why you want to know that, and if its what I think it is, maybe you sould see your doc for depression.

paracetamol is the same thing as Tylenol. Read the Tylenol bottle for max. dosage. (assuming is the same mg strength). I asked for acetamenophen/Tylenol in the UK while on vacation at the pharmacy. The pharmacist said that in the US the brand name is Tylenol. Looked it up....they were right.

more than 2 in 4 hours for an ault is too much for the liver to cope with and will slightly damage the liver.
8 taken at once can kill a person, for some people it's more, depends on many factors inc state of liver, weight, height etc etc etc.
Once your liver is damaged, just like the brain, it doesn't repair itself...someone with total liver failiure has a max of 3 days to live.

There's this in Wikipedia
The toxic dose of Paracetamol is highly variable. In adults, single doses above 10 grams or 150 mg/kg have a reasonable likelihood of causing toxicity.[7] Toxicity can also occur when multiple smaller doses within 24 hours exceeds these levels, or even with chronic ingestion of doses as low as 4 g/day, and death with as little as 6 g/day.
In children acute doses above 200 mg/kg could potentially cause toxicity. This higher threshold is largely due to children having relatively larger kidneys and livers than adults and hence being more tolerant of Paracetamol overdose than adults.[8] Acute Paracetamol overdose in children rarely causes illness or death with chronic supratherapeutic doses being the major cause of toxicity in children.
and this from pharmweb
... more than 150mg/kg body weight). This advice is also given by the current guidelines set by the National Poisons Information Service.

I thought they put the antidote in with it now so you could't OD on it?
If you are thinking of ODing, think again it is a very painful way to go.

No more than 8 Paracetamol tablets in 24 hours anything above that is an overdose. If Paracetamol poisoning occurs then it is a medical emergency. If you suspect someone has taken more than a regular dose of Paracetamol (usually 2 x 500mg tablets) then take them to the nearest A & E /emergency room immediately! in particular if you suspect that a child under 12 has done so then call an ambulance.
