There are many ways to relieve stress, some work for some people and not for others. I would recommend working out, wether it be arobics or weight lifting, it really will relieve stress and make you feel better by releasing endorphines into your bloodstream.

I play video games. Also, playing video games against others is even better ;). Sports of all types is a natural way of letting off aggression if you're the outdoorsy type :)

Sex, obviously, is one good way. And aggressive sex lets you work out your frustrations on the other person while bringing pleasure as well!
When I get stressed I try to slow my breathing down and relax as much as I can, emptying my mind.
You can also try marijuana. Just don't use too much.

First of all PRAY, second, alone time for at least a half an hour, no kids,animals,husbands,friends,ALONE, to think things through. A hot bath and little retail therapy never hurt.

Well if you have a stress ball keep it by your desk at work or at home. If you feel stress you can just squeeze the ball as hard as you can.

I like to go jogging for about 5 miles to chilax when things get hectic. Otherwise, playing a tactical computer simulation, like Sim City, is a great way to get your mind thinking about other things and to relieve stress.

Try exercising, your brain produces a chemical called Dopamine which is suppose to make you feel happy. Also try using essential oils, Lavender, sandelwood helps to relieve stress. Drinking hot herbal tea (like Chamomile) helps too!
