if it's general 'sinus, chills, cold' type thing then drink double amount of water you usually do , take a hot bath with about 2 cups of epsom salt in it and soak for about 20 min....don't take a shower after and get into bed with a humidifier on in the room.. it's like it de-toxes your body and sweats the crud out...

Everyones all excited about this 'Zicam' stuff. Personally, I don't think it works. But then, there are a two or three things that I don't know.
Drink *lots* of orange juice and water. Vitamic C helps your body kick butt, and water helps keep you hydrated and flushed out. Also, if your throat is sore, look for cough drops with vitamin C added.
