go to wal-mart, go where all the medicince is and there is a little box that says ear wax cleaning kit. buy it take it home and do as it says.... your ears will feel better =)

No, dont do it. Never mess with your ears. You will only ever have one pair. Get the nurse to do it.

You need two things: Q-tips and rubbing alchohol
After you shower, dip the Q-tip in some alchohol and clean the inside of your ears. The Q-tip should be full of wax the first few Q-tips you use. Keep using them until there is no more wax.
Then keep doing this every day after you shower, and wax will never be a problem again.
Don't worry about people who say don't put Q-tips in your ears, it will start to hurt if you put them in too far.

I went to the doc for the same thing. What he did blew me away. He put saline solution in a water pic and the nurse blased my ears with it. But what a difference!
So if you have a water pic, use it with saline solution (water/salt mix).

Just clean your ears at with a wash cloth while in the shower and carefully clean them weekly with a q-tip.
Some wax in your ears is healthy.

1: Take shirt/blouse off
2: kneel on floor in front of toilet
3: Place head inside bowl so your nose is touching the water
4: Flush the toilet
5: send me my fee

I went to the doctors and had it done. you take like a medicine seringe and luke warm water to flush out the ears. do this several times, but don't put it too far in your ear. And she also said never ever stick a q-tip in your ear.

Any pharmacy you go to has an "Ear Wax Kit" that you can buy. Read the instructions carefully, basically all you do is fill the aspirator with warm water & then you shoot the water it into your ear (while you are leaning over the sink). I would recommend using debrox Drops the day before, to Loosen the wax. Feel better.
