Oranges if eaten in quianites will make you run.
Bran fibre muffins are good to bulk it up a little.
Herb can be use but always try natural diet means first then the herbal if you don't get any relief.

eat a box of raisin bran.... you'll be cleaned out in no time... if you really want your pipes squeaky clean get two saline laxatives and drink them with a sprite or something (tastes like crap).... and believe me I have never, NEVER been cleaned out that well........just stay close to the toilet if you go with the saline

fruits like bananas or strawberries. green leafy vegetables like spinach or mustard greens. those are all full of Potassium which dumps water in the colon and thus makes your stools softer and easier to push out. the problem with red meat is that it is full of iron and iron tends to constipate. or you can take a fiber Supplement but that will probably lead to lots of gas. Colace is an over the counter supplement tha tyou can try too.
