First of all, you shouldn't be drinking Aspirin. But, if you do so and mix it with coca cola, the caffeine in the cola will help the Aspirin take effect quicker. They always tell you to take Aspirin with a caffeinated drink as to speed up the process of the Aspirin. Please, though, take the pill and stop drinking it due to the fact that your stomach will be happier.

It will irritate your stomach and intestines. Both are quite acidic. It's best if you ate something along with them to minimize the increased acidity.

Think about it this way - if coca-cola can actually remove BLOOD from ROADS it cant be doing any good for your teeth and digestive system!!!

Years ago, there actually was Cocaine to a small degree in Coca-Cola, hence, the name. It was taken out as an ingredient YEARS ago. Now all you'll get is an ulcer if you mix Aspirin with Coke.

Nothing happens at all. your stomach is already filled with acidic digestive liquids. The Coke almost has the same properties as those of the acids in your stomach. Adding Asprin to the mix will do nothing but the intended use of Asprin. If you take more than the recommended amount THEN you will have to worry about overdose issues. But if this is really a pressing concern for you, i recommend you consult your doctor.
