What do you think of colon cleansers? Do they really work? Are they dangerous?

viva le Eire!	well it is safe, very few people experience problems with it and you feel lighter, more energetic, you can feel like your in a better mood and some people said that there eye sight improved after a colonic!! but the weight loss is only the crusty faces in your colon being removed, not actual fat loss!!) i would like to have a series of colonics to see if its any good!! nikki s	My mom just went to the doctor this morning with stomache trouble, shes been fighting bloating and pain for several days, dr. told her to go to the store and buy this stuff i cant think of the name of it but it was fairly cheap like a dollar, she said it tasted alittle like sprite, has 8 oz and you drink over the course of a day..it cleanses your intestines, dr. told her that even she takes this stuff once a month to prevent blockage and lose a bit of water weight..very good for you..Im planning on buying some myself Was this answer helpful to you? sharmel	On the whole you need to be rather careful of these "Colon Cleansers" If you really want to keep your colon healthy, you can't do any better than take a very simple little "Pro-Biotic". My fave, and I have been taking it for several years, and I never have a digestive tract or an intestinal tract problem, is "Probiotic ADVANTAGE" put out by the Dr.David Williams line of health supplements. Go to dr.davidwilliams.com. for info. and if you don't want to order over the internet, you can do it right over the phone or have them send you their material. I have absolutely no business connection with these people, and have just used their products for a few years with absolute satisfaction. I am only too glad to pass the info on to anyone. mlgable	You have to have colonics done for a true colon cleans. The stuff you take at home could well be dangerous and it doesn't really help you lose weight. Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

pufferoo	I like my parasites right where they are, thank you. Seriously, I would never willingly submit to a colonic. There's just no way in hell. Why risk perforation?
