Two times..you have to take it with intervals. Usually, one in the morning and one before bedtime. But you have also to take note of medicines that have to be taken with full stomach. Hope this helps. |

You take it once in the morning when you get up and once in the evening with the evening meal. Three times a day means with each meal: breakfast, lunch, supper. Four times a day: breakfast, lunch, supper and before bed. Once a day: take it at the same time everyday. |

It usually means 2 pills in every 24 hour period, but I agree, check with the pharmacist, as some need to be taken with food - and some are to be taken in between meals - for maximum effectiveness. |

it means take it about every twelve hours or twice a day. If it were three times a day it would be every 8 hours and so on... |

Its best to ask your pharmacist, he or she would know for sure, but when I take meds that say twice a day, I take one when I wake up, and one before bed. |
