drink load of water prior to the test and even after the test. It flushes everthing out of your system!

Don't do drugs! There is no way. It takes you body up to two weeks to eliminate any trace amounts of drugs. They are mostly looking for street narcotics or marijuana.

When I was a manager at a health store - we sold stuff like this for that reason: GNC and Vitamin World have beverages that are orange and red in color - Omni is the name brand. If you ask for it by name they won't sell it to you. Most people take it within an hour of their test.

If they do a hair follicle test, you are screwed so to speak, I don't know of anybody that has beat that test no matter what you do as the drug/drugs stays in the hair. I have known a many of people that have tried to beat it with no luck.

Best way to beat a drug test, don't do drugs. I get high on life.

Don't drink or eat anything herbal, don't take any medications at all including things like Sudafed or herbal meds and stay away from caffiene for a few days before the test etc. Many herbal or over the counter things can cause a positive test.

The only way to do it is to be clean. There is no way to mask it or purge it from your system. Even if you are clean, some OTC meds can give a false positive.
