You could use it to make bath salts. Add baking soda and food coloring and some fragrance. There you go. Mix all dry ingredients and then the coloring and fragrance. Good luck.

Use in a hot bath (as hot as you can stand) and soak -- for getting rid of chiggers.
Put a little in the hole, before planting tomatoes.
I have used it for these two things.

Magnesium sulfate is used as a bath salt, particularly in floatation therapy where high concentrations raise the bath water's specific gravity, effectively making the body more buoyant. This property is also used to restore some LavaLamps damaged by being shaken by exchanging the water and adding drops of a concentrated solution until sustainable boyency is reached. Traditionally, it is also used to prepare foot baths, intended to soothe sore feet. The reason for the inclusion of the salt is cosmetic: the increase in ionic strength prevents some of the temporary skin wrinkling ("pruning") which is caused by prolonged emersion of extremities in pure water. Magnesium sulfate paste has been used as an agent for drawing (dehydrating) boils and carbuncles.

Others have already given extensive answers to this question.

I myself, usually use them to soak sore muscles in a bath, or to help a splinter in my foot come to the surface, or to scrub off dead skin/open pores, but here's an idea you may not have thought of.

Use them as a gift! Get a pretty bottle (a cobalt blue one from a dollar store, an old wine bottle with the label removed, even a glass canning jar) and fill it with Epsom salts and a few (4-5) drops of essential oil (I like Lavender, rose, peach, Sage, citrus), then seal the container (with a stopper, cork, or lid) and give it a shake. You now have scented bath salts, fit for any friend, and cheap as can be.

If you are really ambitious, use acryllic paints and small brushes to paint decorations on the glass (grass, flowers, dragonflies or lady bugs, Chinese characters, squiggles, etc.)

Add Body to Your Hair
Combine 3 tablespoons of deep conditioner with 3 tablespoons of Epsom Salt. Microwave the mixture for 20 seconds. Work the warm mixture through your hair from scalp to ends and leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Promotes body and life in your hair and restores curl to permed hair.

Dislodge Blackheads:
Add 1 teaspoon of Epsom Salt and three drops of Iodine to 1/2 cup of boiling water. After the mixture has cooled a bit, dip strips of cotton into the solution and apply to the problem area.

Repeat three or four times, reheating the solution if necessary. Then, gently unclog your pore, and go over the area with an alcohol-based Astringent.

First Aid for Splinters, Scrapes and Insect Bites
The concentrated power of a warm Epsom Salt compress draws toxins and sweat away from pores, reducing the swelling of minor bites and scrapes. This drawing action also helps bring splinters to the skin's surface. And a cold Epsom Salt compress can take the sting out of insect bites.

Remove Hairspray and Gel Buildup
Combine a gallon of distilled water, a cup of lemon juice (fresh or bottled), and 1 cup of Epsom Salt. Cap the mixture and let it sit for 24 hours. The next day, pour the mixture into your dry hair and let it sit for 20 minutes. Then shampoo as normal.

Smoother Softer Skin
To cleanse and exfoliate, massage handfuls of Epsom Salt over your wet skin, starting with the feet and continuing up toward the face. Then, pour two cups into a bath of warm water. Lean back and relax. As you soak, the natural action of Epsom Salt helps soften the rough, dry patches of your skin.
