What are some natural ways to cure my symptoms: Headaches, Back/neck pain, low energy, weakness, aches, etc...
|
I stretch, walk, and eat right. I have 2 little ones under 2 so I'm always on the move... the back pain is very severe at times, always at least a dull ache. I have headaches almost daily. I have a hard time falling asleep and a hard time waking up. I've been to a million doctors, a million drugs, MRIs and Xrays... I used to smoke, but quit. I don't drink. I'm sick of doctors writing me prescriptions for muscle relaxers. It isn't fixing anything or making me feel better, it just knocks me out. Any suggestions? Thanks!!!! Additional Details
I've also had lots of blood work done... I'm not anemic... No tests or screenings have shown anything "wrong" with me. The only thing I've been diagnosed with is depression. I am on an anti-depressant.

I can say based on your description that drugs are making things worse for you. Drugs can actually add more toxins to your body. Over time, your resistence to them fall. And you need a higher and higher dosage for the same level of pain.
To eliminate toxins, you can detoxify. Detoxification deals with the root of the problem unlike drugs which are mainly symptomatic treatments. In one go, with detoxification, you can get to address several of your symptoms at the same time.
As soon as you start to remove these toxins, you will begin to feel "lighter". This means less fatigue and more energy.
I've experienced all the above myself, having been in the same shoes as you. My health is definitely better now. I don't run to pop any drug relief at the slightest sign of pain. Then again, I'm also less in pain.
Here is a newsletter that gives out some free research which I also found useful http://www.detox-cleansing-diet.com

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck.
Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at

Tight muscles in your neck and back can cause headaches. I know, sounds like your have the same problem as me! I go to a chiropractor / acupunturist. I also go get regular massage.
You can also try yoga! Not only does it help to relax you, and stretch your muscles, but it also builds strength in your muscles so you are less prone to the muscle aches and tightness. It really helps me!!!!

it seem you try so hard to to make your body healthy, you only focus on the illness you get, and not all your body.
You should change your way of living, your way of eating, most disease is caused by something you eat everyday.
Try food combining, don't mix fruit with hard meal, drink only water
Enjoy living is the one way to clear up you system

Hello, have you tried Acupressure?
Acupressure is an ancient Chinese healing method that involves applying pressure to certain meridian points on the body to relieve pain. The human body has fourteen "meridians" that carry energy throughout the body. These meridians start at the fingertips, connect to the brain, and then connect to the organ associated with the specific meridian. Acupuncture and Acupressure use the same points, but acupuncture uses needles, while Acupressure uses the Gentle but firm pressure of hands. There is a massive amount of scientific data that demonstrates why and how acupuncture is effective. Acupressure is the most effective method for self-treatment of tension-related ailments by using the power and sensitivity of the human hand. Acupressure deals with all the aspects of a person as a whole: body, emotions, mind, and spirit as one, not as separate parts. It relaxes muscular tension and balances the vital life forces of the body.
Common Benefits:
• Relieve stress and tension
• Relax mind and body
• Increase blood circulation
• Aid in the removal of toxic wastes
• Provide relief from head, neck and shoulder aches
• Promote the healing of injuries
• Increase energy levels
• Increase overall feeling of well-being
• Decreasing labor pains
Acupressure uses the fingers to press key points on the surface of the skin to stimulate the body's natural self-curative abilities. When these points are pressed, they release muscular tension and promote the circulation of blood and the body's life force to aid healing.
Acupressure can be effective in helping relieve headaches, eyestrain, sinus problems, neck pain, backaches, arthritis, muscle aches, and tension due to stress. There are also great advantages to using Acupressure as a way to balance the body and maintain good health. The healing touch of acupressure reduces tension, increases circulation, and enables the body to relax deeply. By relieving stress, acupressure strengthens resistance to disease and promotes wellness.
It's important to drink plenty of warm water after the massage, to help Clear Away toxic substances in our body.
Caution: If you have a serious illness, or life-threatening illness such as heart disease, or cancer, please consult with your physician before practicing Acupressure.

You have got nice and long suggestions, but sorry to all my friends they are very common - works for one but may not for other, WHY???
Because, every human is different in terms of Blood, cells, tissues and in one shot - "DNA"...so every problem in human may be different, "slightly different" and every treatment available in world cannot be given to all as common, its a trial and check process, loose money, time and most importantly health (by trying different medicines and treatments).
if i tell you something which is 100% naturally grown and has atleast 200 elements which treat human body (scientifically proven, and research still on for more benefits) internally by detecting problems, does de-toxification and re-generation of unhealthy or weak organs internally without any side effect, would you like to give it a try??? i hope yes..!
so visit www.dxn2u.com and find the miraculous powers of "Ganoderma Mushroom", "Cordyceps" and "spirulina" to help yourself live healthy by making your "Immune System" strong enough to fight diseases...
If you make your mind to go for natural mushroom treatment, please do me a favour by giving my Reference - 144021195 while purchasing products, Why my reference?
because we are on the mission of "Healthy World", we all are healthy family members and at the end of day, we can see how much lives we changed? if you want to be our family member, refer my above ID and join our "mission possible"...
hope to see you in my healthy family!! write to me if you wish to get more information or wanna inform me your joining in my family!!! good luck and good health to your little 2s...

From personal experience, I'd say a visit to the chiropractor seems to be in order. A good adjustment will alleviate the headaches and back pain within a couple of hours.
The low energy/aches/fatigue could be chronic fatigue which antidepressants will only make worse.
I'm not a big fan of Dr's prescribing meds for all sorts of 'Syndromes". The drug companies are just getting richer and the majority of humans are getting sicker.
It may seem a trite thing to say, but have you been spending any time on 'you'? When a parent of young ones doesn't feel up to par, it generally boils down to not getting 'you' time. I know people will castigate me for being so simplistic, but like I said, its personal experience.
You said you've had many tests, ruling out illness.
When you're giving and giving to everyone but yourself, it wears on your well being, no matter how physically healthy you are.
You're a crystal pitcher full of sparkling water and pouring it into everyone elses' glass will empty you.
You have to re-fill yourself, however that happens for you.
For me, I could afford a weekly massage, and a daily mommy 'bath time' where I was not to be disturbed for any reason. That was enough for me. A friend of mine needed to take art classes at the community college.
It's different for every woman.

I suggest U go to a Wholistic practitioner either a Herbalist, Homeopathy or Naturopath. He or she can do an Hair analysis. If Your in Salmon Arm, BC Canada,, try Roger Gervai he's besides Craft & Such and other side is Wizard Inks on Shuswap St. Warning Wholistic practitioners aren't cheap, their charges are steep. My sessions set me back about $300 in a period of 3 months! Then there's the herbs on top of that! Well they have to be high they aren't subsidized by the government! Meanwhile try Vervain for the Brain, Pau Dárco for pain, Comfrey for the neck, Ginseng for energy and strength, Green Tea or Oolong tea to prevent fatigue! Not drinking enough water a day can cause most of the problems. Drink at least 5 glasses a day..
that should be the bare minimum. U can drink fruit juice instead but then increase the liquid comsumption to 6-8 glasses aday!

Dear Bellaj, I am so sorry to hear about your problems but to be honest, it seems you are suffering from Fibromyalgia. Please try and refrain from drugs, as they only make it worse. I started out with mild pain meds and now am on the strongest pain meds there are (opiates, etc. don't even cut it with me no longer); however, I have been diagnosed with a severe case of Fibromyalgia and MS, so it might just be a tad different from what you are experiencing.
As someone has already suggested, you might want to consult a chiropractor. Getting adjusted may help aleviate your chronic back pain and HA. And yes, you must absolutely take some "mommy time". If you have family, ask them for help. Oh, and good job on quitting the smokes. Unfortunately, I smoked very little before and now have started to smoke daily. Very bad! Don't fall back on that. It only makes it worse, I know! Have you tried light exercise? That was a dumb question, I know. You have two little ones and must be up on your feet all the time. But I am talking about other forms of exercise, like floor exercises, where coupled with breathing exercise, you might be able to tackle some of the back/neck and HA pain. The worst thing you can do is to just "pop a pill" and hope it'll take care of it. It won't, it'll only make you want more and more. Your body will, unfortunately, become immune to them, thus you'll fall into a hellish cycle. Try and see a good Neurologist. A family physician, though you may trust him, isn't specialized in your type of symptoms. At night, after the little ones are down, try to take a nice relaxing warm bath with herbal additives. Chamomille and Lavender come to mind. Top it off with a "sleepy time tea" that you want to drink as hot as possible in little sips. If I can be of further help, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am disabled due to the severity of Fibromyalgia and available most times. I made it my mission to try and help others as there isn't much more that can be done for me. I am the mother of a wonderful teenage son, whom is my reason for living. Children are a true gift from God, even if they are stressful. Hoping that I was able to help some, I remain with kindest regards, MsB.
