I actually want to know where Jared gets that. alavert's been working for me during the spring, my worst time. But it can be expensive. Even if it's natural, cost and works the same, I would much rather do it that way.

Often the intake of vitamin B5 or Pantothenic Acid brings great relief to the sufferer. This vitamin may be taken in a dose of 100 mg daily for a month. In such cases, liberal amounts of Pantothenic Acid helps even though the recovery takes several weeks. A dose of 400 mg of Vitamin E taken daily for four to six weeks is also beneficial as this vitamin possesses effective anti-allergic properties.

In an emergency (a really bad allergy attack) I take 200 mg of Niacin (not niacinamide). This causes a release or the body's histamines, making the skin flush red and hot for a few minutes. After this, the allergy symptoms disappear. You can only do this once in a while, though, because the body builds up a tolerance to Niacin and then it won't cause the flush.

I do not have allergies, but my dentist had many. He was on different medications, but for the most part is completely off all of them now. Occasionally he will have to have a little extra assistance from a unnatural source, but very seldom. What is working form him and many others can be found on tni.com/tnnt there are no claims there, but I also know others personally that are having very favorable results. "The One Good Thing" you can do for yourself. Do your due diligence. Best to ya!

Apple cider vinegar is good for detoxing your body. could help in allergies.?. maybe.
1 teaspoon of it in a 8 ounce or so glass of water. tastes kinda like wine to me. it's good for cleaning out your body. will give you energy. when i have allergies i am very sleepy all the time so energy is a good thing.
