camomille tea,
tilia tea, when you are preparing, put a spoonfull of it in boiled water, close the glass, wait 5 min and drink. It gives relax feeling in this way. If you boil it or wait for more than 5 minutes, the musilage in it is coing out and Antitussive effect is seen.

Hit the gym, take a long walk or go jogging. Anything physical generally does the trick.

Before anyone can give you generic answers, you have to understand why you have anxiety. Is it diet related? Too many processed carbs? A digestive disorder? Are you afraid of something? Hesitant to move on? Before I can give you a proper remedy, you have to elaborate more as to why you are anxious. Find the triggers and deal with them. 99 times out of 100, Anxiety is diet related, for the record.

1. Avoid lots of caffeine
2. Try a tea that's calming but contains no caffeine
3. Milk and bananas have Tryptophan, as does turkey, which makes you sleepy
4. Plan well for work/school so that you're prepared and not so nervous
5. Do "walk throughs" of presentations, interviews, even phone calls so that you're comfortable with what to say and do ahead of time and dont' panic
6. Practice breathing and relaxing
7. Do plenty of stress relief: try jogging or walking to get some nervous energy out. try other activities you like too: tennis, swimming, lifting, whatever. Also try reading or listening to music during a break from work to refocus and calm yourself before continuing a stressful project or event.
