B77KMJ3321Z	I've had several bouts of kidney stones in the past and also work in the nutriceutical industry in R&D and formulations. One of the things you can do is increase your Magnesium intake. If the stones are forming / caused due to Calcium, the Magnesium helps bind to Calcium so it doesn't contribute to stone formation. You should also try to increase your intake of water by drinking at least eight 8 ounce glasses throughout the day. I recall high levels of sodium intake may also contribute to stone formation. Cwriter79	I have dealt with kidney stones, UTIs, and kidney infections. I've tried Cranberry juice, LOTS of water and (what seems like) EVERYTHING else. I know this will sound a little crazy, but the quickest and most effective method I've EVER tried (to get rid of ALL these problems) was BEER! My dad and my boss recommended it, since I'm not a drinker, I ignored them at first. But eventually I tried it. Whenever I'm having any of these problems, I drink about 3 cans of beer (you might need more. i'm only 130 lbs.), and I'm doing great the next day! When I had stones, they passed in the same night. very curious23	I have had them 2 times myself! My doctor recommended to me to drink lots of water and Cranberry juice (not Cranberry cocktail pure juice) and he also recommended uristat and over the counter antiseptic for your uninary track it is a small pill!. sheakaan2003	This will probably sound silly but I saw it on one of those health shows. Apparently in china patients with kidney stones are told to do alot of skipping as this helps to break down the stones so u can pass them. good luck Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

nighttimewkr	My urologist told me that drinking a lot of fresh lemonade daily will cause you not to form them and it has to be from freash lemons and not the prepared stuff. The citrus in the lemons breaks down the substance that make up the stone. We also have a vine called Ground Ivy here in the South that when boiled and you drink the water off of the Ivy will calm kidney infections and pain from stones forming.
