kate	Cocoa Butter only helps to prevent stretch marks. If you have another pregnancy - I'd suggest Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Massage Lotion for Stretch Marks. However, it won't help once you've got them. I've been using Mederma scar treatment for both my stretch marks and my c-section scar, and it's working beautifully. Stretch marks will never fully go away, they are the battle wounds of bringing a baby into the world (or in many mens' cases, of a super-human growth spurt). They'll always be a little visable, but they do fade with time, and the Mederma Cream (though a little expensive) really speeds the process up. (Since I had the Mederma cream anyway, I used it on a couple 10 year old chicken pox scars that are much less visable now, too.) Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No
