Halitosis is usually caused by some form of decay in one or more of your teeth. Have you dentist check you out and horrible as that seems. That may be the first step to a goos solution.
Second - a dirty mouth. Clean your teeth every morning at least, preferrably after you eat everyt ime. That may seem difficult but you are usually near a rest room of some kind and can carry a tooth bruch and a little container of polich. Food caught in the spaces between teeth are being digested and rotting and this is a bad smell.
Third, you may have some problem with your stomach or intestines and that is causing gas to leave your body through your mouth. This is a doctors province - not anyone here can give you accurate advice. Clean teeth, See Dentist, See Doctor in that order.
