Eat some food Before bed..this will soak up some of the alcohol. Something dry and absorbant would work best, like toast for example.
Drink a pint of water before you go to bed and after you get up. This will help your body to process all of the alchohol you have loaded it with.
If you have had too much to drink...be sick if possible. This will get rid of some of the alcohol and make the next day much more bareable.
Sleep lots. Sleep in as long as you can and your body will be given more time to rest and recharge.
Shower as soon as you get up. A shower will make you feel much better.
Eat a healthy breakfast such as cereal and toast or croissants.
Drink an energy drink if you are still flagging in the morning.
I do most of these things and my hangovers are minimal...now all you have to do is remember to do them whilst drunk!

Well as this is in the alternative medicine section I suggest you try the homoeopathic remedy Nux Vom (30 or 200
It is a remedy which helps if you have overindulged in anything (Alcohol, food even people).
Personally even though I use this I still have to drink lucozade and have wine gums on stand-by. Then lot's of sleep

Water mixed into tomato juice if you aren't allergic to tomatoes...about equal parts will do, adjust the ratio according to taste; otherwise a couple of glasses of water and a big glass of orange juice. Supposedly, taking one or two high-stress level B-vitamins also helps. The alcohol dehydrates your body...under normal circumstances you need to multiply your weight in pounds by .55 to determine how much. [100 pounds body weight needs 55 ounces per day if you lead a sedentary lifestyle]
Next time, eat a high protein meal before you go, pop a high stress B vitamin every couple of hours, make sure you get enough water or JUST don't drink! You'll live longer!

I would say Drink a pint of water before bed (which i always forget to do) Sleep in for as long as poss and a couple of Paracetamol first thing even if i don't feel that bad coz i know its coming!!

As I have said many times, A hair of the dog that bit you.
That means you should have a drink of what you had last night but don't get drunk again. Hangovers are alcohol withdrawal and should be treated as such.

personally , i find a macdonalds strawberry thickshake and cheeseburger are the best cure.also a pint of water before bed ( but if your totaly hammered youll probably forget it ) really helps.happy drinking !!!!!!!!!!!!

Nux vomica - (homeopathic remedy) frequent doses ok.
Orange or lemon juice for vitamin C which is an antioxidant
and finally a piece of toast with Marmite for the B12
(if you hate marmite try miso, you can make miso into a hot drink if you dont feel like the toast)
ps and a banana for the Potassium if you cant face eating it blend it up with rice dream or some other non dairy milk (dairy just makes the acid worse)

I'm sure you already know how you got there and how to prevent it next time. The quickest way to feel better today is to have a little more hair of the dog that bit you! Have a little of whatever you drank last night, but just a little. You don't need a whole drink. But, then of course, DON'T DRIVE! Sober up!

This never fails for me - wake up, drink lots of full fat fizzy coke. Then have a fry up or McDonalds. Then go back to sleep. You'll wake up in a few hours feeling absolutely fine. If you can't go back to sleep, then replace the coke with orange fizzy lucozade, it'll give you some energy!
