Well, it depends. Which would you rather ruin first, your liver and esophagus or your lungs and brain cells?
It's like asking if I'd rather get run over by a semi or run over by a train. They both hurt equally.

Definately weed, there are new studies that prove that marijuana may actually help prevent alzheimers disease, sorry I couldn't spell it and it helps women have orgasms more frequently as well.

I think weed, as this is relaxing and an aid to good conversation (although it can get very deep and profound). Alcohol can make people very aggressive and if you are already depressed it just makes you even more so.

Alcohol is physically addictive. Weed is not!!!
Alcohol makes you puke..weed does not.
Alcohol is a drug in evry aspect, but it is legal!!!
A person should not do either one on a regular bases.
But from my experience the people I know who are addicted to alcohol(for a majoroity of thier lives) are in far worse shape than the people I know who smoke pot everyday.
My weed smoker friends just get depressed when they don't have it. They don't even have a chronic cough like you would imagine. And they smoke it all day long everyday. I think the real problems come(mental illness) when you have smoked it chronically and then stop.
My alcoholic friends have destoyed thier marriages, family...and one died from liver failure...and the other had a kidney removed.
You decide.

You have found some right rubbish answers with this question. I have read it twice over, and it doesn't say anything about 'if I smoke 50 roll-ups a day, will I be worse off than drinking 30 pints.
Alcohol, in moderation, is relaxing. Even beneficial - it is sometimes given in hospitals to build the patient's strength up. And when someone has had a shock, why do they give them brandy?
I can't speak for spliffs as I only tried one once, and it just gave me the munchies. But people tell me that they have a similar effect to alcohol at less price - and you don't have to mop up the puke.
Weed or alcohol, when treated with respect, and used as a recreational relaxant, are no trouble.
The trouble starts with addiction - then they are both as serious as each other.
So - enjoy, but recognise the dangers - whatever your poison.

the way I look at it, acohol has bad after effects, makes people violent etc but weed doesn't do that but weed makes you paranoid if you smoke too much & too often; so have to be careful.
Weed puts people in a good mood & makes them happy & relaxed so seems the better choice (although alcohol doesn't always do that).

None. Both overrated and rubbish for your health. I am guessing you are in your late teens or early 20,s . You THINK you are invincible when you are that age. When you get into your late 50,s and beyond and are totally fcuked you will wish you had taken better care of your health.

Unfortunately dope is not the mild drug it was when it shot to popularity in the sixties. Big money, hydroponics, selective propogation, modern fertilisers and growing techniques have increased the strength of the THC to harmful levels, resulting in many people becoming schizophrenic. The body copes with alcohol better because we have all descended from the alcoholics that survived when it was introduced to the masses by the industrial revolution.

Both bad for you, at some level.
Advantage alcohol, small doses are beneficial and actually tend to make people live slightly longer than teetotallers. Excess damages liver and brain and may be fatal.
Cannabis, no health upside, causes depression, paranoia, schizophrenia. In excess causes physical brain shrinkage and probably accelerates dementia.

Weed for sure! you might slow down a bit but you're still in control. very few people get arrested for brawling insulting behaviour when they're stoned, opposed to drunk. .... and everyone knows the health risks and as far as I'm concerned I've never had a days illness in my life so the Nhs' owes me anyway before the do'gooders get their soap boxes out.
