You must see your doctor if you think you need drugs. Only they can decide if a drug is suitable for you and prescribe it.
And don't try the online drug sites, they're usually overpriced and often sell fake or contaminated drugs. It's not worth the risk.

It would be so much better if you could find the root of the reason why you need the Valium.. if its stress, try to reduce, if its depression, find the root of your inner feelings and why you are feeling this way.
Here are some alternatives to Valium just in case you are interested.
Ligustrum is one of the herbs commonly used to support the adrenal glands when a person is under stress.
If your anxiety is stress-related, try taking Ginseng or the Ayurvedic herb ashwaganda.
Modern herbalists find that both Lemon Balm and Motherwort help alleviate depression, especially when combined with other antidepressant herbs. And aromatherapists commonly use the scent of Lemon Balm to treat depression.
relieving depression and anxiety is capsules of Gla, which is found in Evening Primrose, Borage and Black Currant seed oils
Finally a good quality vitamin b-Complex can help with anxiety and depression.

First of all, your ONLY reliable source is your MD (preferably a psychiatrist for this).
Second, I would look for an alternative to Valium. Years ago, when it was the "drug of choice" for anxiety, my MD gave me a small dose (2 mg) to help me relax (I was at a demanding university, worked 2 part-time jobs, and had high blood pressure at 23 years old). He monitored me, of course, and it was only about 6 months when the 2 mg was not helping me anymore. He had me take 2 per day.... 6 months later, I had to increase to 5 mg per day. Fast forward 3 years, and I was taking 2-3 10 mg per day just to function! My doctor was aware of all this. Finally, I got my head of the sand and I realized I was addicted. I had never been addicted to anything (unless you count coffee) and did not want a drug controlling my life. This was in the 70's, so no Internet to do research, but I DID find out that a side effect of Diazepam (Valium) was ANXIETY... so the drug I was taking in increasing amounts was making me more anxious. Anyway, I flushed the remaining pills I had, called my doctor's office and told them I was quitting and under NO circumstances approve a refill for me - no matter if I called and begged, cried, or threatened. They warned me that quitting could kill me, but my resolve was so strong, I quit on my own. I was VERY sick for about a month, but I quit. I had to quit college for awhile to get myself in order, and eventually finished. Now, I am a successful teacher. I will NEVER take Valium again.
So, my advice is talk to your doctor and don't get started down Valium's slippery slope! Take it from someone who's been there, done that!
