My first suggestion is exercise. Get your body as physically fit as you can. Make it your goal to become stronger, more flexible, responsive, lean, fit and healthy. Regular daily exercise helps me with my pain and improves my mood.
You also may want to keep a food and activities diary to see if anything you are eating or doing is contributing to the way you feel.

First of all, everything is in your control. Your anger is from when you were 18 and you need to go back and deal with it and your anger will go away. Find someone who does emotional release to release the negative emotion.

i use ice packs and the pains lessens.
for the uncontrolled anger, take a cold or warm shower whichever

Get off of the computer. GO outside, work up a sweat, natural endophrenes will make you feel better. Angry? At what? That is just a sign of a spoiled child. Growing up helps that. You really don't scare anybody. So get over it. You will soon find out that no one cares.

You might look into kava Kava for relaxation, St John's Wart and Sam-E for mood enhancement, although I think the best thing is to consult your doctor to make sure there is not a serious physical problem that could account for your angry mood. Having been sick for the last two weeks, I have been in-ordinately angry, when normally I am pretty even-keeled :-P Also, I find that WORKING OUT is the best stress reliever and mood reliever there is. Working out increases blood flow and releases tons of endorphins- you will get a "natural high" that will relieve your anger and that will last all day. And its free! I would try that first! You probably just have too much stress...if it doesn't get better you should get it checked out. Other alternative medicine therapies that may help are massage and acupuncture, both of which have helped my pain and stress levels enormously. Hope this helps! Take care!
