Mary M	My husband swears by Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey for his sinus and cold problems. He mixes with 2 tablespoons of vinegar with 1 tablespoon of honey in a mug of very hot water. Saved by Grace!	Try a tablespoon vinegar with an 8 ounce glass cold water and Stevia sweetener! it tastes much better this way! I find it easier than hot water.....the hot water makes it burn....you could put some honey in it but it probly won't melt if the water is cold..but try the Stevia sweetener its all natural.....get it at the healthfood store.....its great!.......oh and do it 3 times a day! trent j	I find that a nettie pot (or a simualiar nasal rinsing system) Nasaline plunger type, that uses saline works good on plugged/infected sinus. I also use a Xylitol/saline spray called Xclear for infections with good effect. However I get the best results from getting the xylitol sugar, and smashing it into a very fine powder (like powder sugar) and add approx half a much volume of the xylitol /as is called for in the salt (Sodium Chloride). Mix both into the body tempiture water. Then load the large syringe with the solution (2 ounces) and inject it very slowly into the first nostril. I usually pause and hold the silicone nose piece in the nose a minute or so half way thru and then finnish the flush. Repeat on the other nostril. Solution is pushed in one nostril and comes out the other. The nettie pot dose it with gravity, and the Nasaline (plunger) can be better controlled for pausing solution in sinuse. Cindy M	I make a hot tea from organic apple cider vinegar, works better than the regular kind, I put 1TBLs vinegar, and 2 - 2 1/2 TBLs honey to a coffee mug of hot water. This helps greatly with my sinus allergies and acid reflux. I also use a natural nose Spray with grapefruit extract a couple times a week and I use a neti-pot to wash my sinus's when I start to get an infection. I haven't used antibiotics for a sinus infection in 5 years doing this! I used to be on them at least 4-5 times a year and they caused me all kinds of problems and the sinus infections never seemed to go all the way away. Hope this helps! Take care. marshacallane	Honey can easily be mixed with apple cider vinegar and it's usually 2 parts honey and 1 part ACV. ACV is one of the best natural medications EVER. It will heal a sore throat, heartburn, indigestion, sunburn, sinus problems, and a gazillion other problems. It's a good hair rinse too. I have severe charley horses and just a quick spray of ACV and the old CH leaves! Go on a search enjine and look up "home remedies for apple cider vinegar. It's no joke!
