Cannibis. I dont condone it but a fella i work with hasnt complained of the pain since he took it up. He could barely walk with the pain in his knees

could try glucosaime. There is good evidence this is effective. Technically they are tablets, but are a natural remedy.

It's not hard to find good supplements in liquid form... Borage oil and fish oil work wonders for rheumatoid arthritis and most nutraceutical companies carries the liquid versions.
Glucosamine and Chondroitin are excellent remedies for osteo, and you can get them in liquid forms as well. Check out vitacost.com and webvitamins if you want to save money. Or if you want to purchase at retail price, go to a local health store.
Many people detest fish oil because of the fishy taste/aftertaste, so if that's the case with you, stick with a brand that offers one with enhanced flavor. Like this one:

try Orthogel: It has Glucosamine,msm,ilex,Menthol..... (cant remember them all). I use it for pain do to sport injury and is well recommended for any joint or muscle pain.

I use Glucosamine which is now available on prescription in the UK.
I also recommend REIKI which helps without the use of medication.
I know a lot of people who have tried REIKI and found it really helps.
You could also try Hypnotherapy for pain relief

i too suffer with this and can be really painful i find warming a Lavender wheatgerm pack in the microwave helps ease the pain, i've also read that yoga can be of help

The best remedy I have tried is a homeopathic remedy known as RHUS TOX 6C (Rhus Toxicodendron).I use the tablets but I think you can get this in liquid form too. but if not, the tablet are small and crush easily.

if you ahve a treatment once a month/6 weeks should help greatly as i have seen it work on people. also Glucosamine sulphate a natural herbal suppliment helps with this as well.
