Supplements of Ginkgo Biloba, Royal Jelly, and St. John's Wort would help with the depression and your energy levels.
Also, try going to a chiropractor for monthly adjustments. It really can help.

Looks like everyone has worked on hormone balancing, for pain you might try an alcohol tincture or Wormwood. You might see it listed as artemesia, sounds sexier doesn't it. Up to 1/4 tsp daily, stops cramps. Chamomile tea and Passion Flower (take two capsules at night) will help also.

Black cohosh - this is an antispasmodic which relieves cramping. You may take this herb in the first half of your cycle from menstruation to ovulation.
Chaste Tree Berry (vitex) - vitex is a pms (Premenstrual Syndrome) and fertility herbal supplement. It is known to stimulate the release of LH and promote Ovulation. It has been known to bring on Ovulation sooner. It may help to restore or regulate periods. It helps to improve chances of conception. It can be purchased in tablet form, dried berry or tincture form. Side effects may include nausea, stomach upset, headache and/or allergic reaction.
Evening Primrose Oil (EPO) - EPO aids in the production of fertile quality cervical mucus. EPO also helps to alleviate signs and symptoms of pms (Premenstrual Syndrome). Should only be taken from menstruation to ovulation because it can cause uterine contractions. Use caution if pregnant or lactating. Side effects may include headaches, nausea and/or diarrhea. Should not be used by people with Epilepsy or Schizophrenia.

There are many supplements on the market for pms. Regarding which ones work, I am not sure. However, I would suggest you visit http://www.nutritionaltree.com which collects user reviews on thousands of such products and rates them on a 5 star system.

Unfortunately, you haven't specified enough information to answer completely but... You state that you have pms every two weeks, which seems your cycle is quite disrupted. My best suggestion is for you to go to a herbalist and get a case history done. Although the herbs suggested (Cohosh, vitex) are all very good, you should not under any circumstances, self medicate these herbs. Regulating your cycle is crucial and hormonal herbs that function via the HPO axis (hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis) are indicated. If you are overweight and have breast tenderness, sweet cravings, irritability and/or water retention, then you may possibly have oestrogen excess. You may also have adrenal exhaustion and can have the following, though not all, symptoms: nervous tension, insomnia, fatigue and poor concentration. Herbs with the following actions: Nervine tonics, adaptogens, bitter foods, Nervine sedatives, adrenal tonics (not Licorice) and HPO modulators should be considered. Ask your herbalist about pms with depression or depletion.

Well, there are a few natural supplements that help with hormonal balance and help a LOT of women with various "monthly issues". The most popular ones would be Dong Quai, Black Cohosh, vitex (also called Chasteberry), Wild Yam, Damiana Leaf, Motherwort, Gla (Gamma Linolenic Acid, commonly in Borage Oil and Evening Primrose Oil), and some Soy germ products.
Good luck!
