My uncle was snorting powder but then said its prescription for blood circulation, what could this be?

I just want to make sure he isn't into bad stuff. So what would a doctor prescribe that your able to snort to make it work faster???...

Allison C	there is not any medicine out there to snort. he is a crack addict that needs help. try to find some help online or call an addicts agency that can help you.
