I have found taking Cod Liver Oil is excellent for relieving arthritic symptoms. Also, eating the gristly ends of chicken bones is supposed to be INCREDIBLY good for arthritis sufferers, as it supplies the body with material to help rebuild its joints.

Increased doses of a pure grade fish oil capsule will greatly help her arthritis and give her many other health benefits as well. I take a great pure 5 star grade fish oil supplement for my arthritis and fibromeyalgia and have found much relief after years of trying just about everything. See my source for this great product. The vitamins and supplements from this site have helped me tremendously.

Well, it's not exactly weak bones that cause arthritis, it's inflammation. This is usually caused by a lifetime of just the person's weight being on the joint. You can treat joint inflammation with over the counter remedies like Tylenol and Advil, sometimes ice will help, and some of the creams with Capsaicin are really good, too. Make sure she has good shoes, and when she is having a flareup, she should just stay off her feet as much as possible.

Has she ever tried the warm wax dip therapy? It's a hot wax foot bath. I purchased mine from Wal-Mart in the prescription department, about $50.00. The hot wax helps relieve some of the inflammation. She can rub moisturizer on her feet then dip them in the wax, it helps keep her feet moist.
