The first sees fairly rapid growth during the early years of puberty with the prostate roughly doubling in size. The second stage of growth starts in a man's mid-twenties and this is a much slower phase of growth which then continues throughout life. makawao_kane	Try Saw Palmetto, but make sure it is tandarized. It will ensure that you receive an adequate amount of it's effective ingredient in every pill. Beware those medications that claim they are a cure-all for everything. Also, I understand that homeopathy is safer than regular medicine, but the wrong combinations or combinations with prescription/OTC medications can be very toxic. Best of luck.
