Is there any way i can cleanse my heart and my soul?

Alex F	Either have an incredibly good practioneer work on you (which is hard to find), or learn a good tradition of meditation. I'm writing a paper on chinese medicine at this point, and the master I interviewed actually made the point that Taoist meditation exists specifically for curing problems with the soul, and that normal chinese medicine cannot do anything. While this might seem a bit off relative to what you're asking, it's a actually applicable to a lot of other healing systems as well. Spiritual problems can by definition only be solved thourgh the spiritual method, meditation (assuming it's done right). If you care I can give you some pointers on the subject. katty	You must first realize we all need cleasing daily. You should dedicate every action of every day to the betterment of others. Only once you become selflish instead of being selfish can you start to change Karma. Try reading the Yoga sutras of Pantajali and The BagaVad Gita these are wonderful empowerment books that help lift the spirit and soul. We can not change the past but we have control of our future our next thought and action. That is how you cleanse your heart and soul. Do not cry over spilt milk but you can start to repair any cracks in any foundation by being truthful with yourselves first and then every one else just fall in line. toybreaker	The only way I Know is to repent of whatever you did wrong and ask God to forgive you and clean your heart and soul. Then you have to help others. There is nothing better than the satisfaction you feel when someone is very grateful because of a good deed you have performed. Visit old, lonely people, give someone a present, write letters to people letting them know why you like them or how grateful you are for something they have done.
