There are certainly different natural things that can help different bodies to have more stamina or more energy. ..... As one other person has advised you here however,.. a most important factor towards having more energy is eat really well.... Along these lines, avoid all refined foods and foods or beverages that weaken your body over time,.. such as sugar, caffien, alcohol etc. ..... If you want more energy,.. it makes total sense to eat foods that have more energy in them. This of course includes "Live - Raw Foods",.... such as raw fruits and veggies (especially raw dark green veggies),.. and preferably "organically grown". ... Raw foods have all their digestive Enzymes in tact. The enzymes in foods are what your body needs in order to be able to access the nutrients in the foods. ... Cooking and or processing of foods not only destroys enzymes,.. it also destroys much of the vital nutrients in the foods. ...... Your food is the fuel for your engine. It makes sense to put whole and energised fuel in your engine,.... rather than stripped and depleted fuel which will not only not provide you with the energy you need,.. it will also promote disease over time.
As for "a pill" which will help you have more energy,... I would recommend that you take a natural food supplement that is loaded with nutrients that your body has always needed, but because of the average modern diet of today,.. most likely your body has never gotten. ......... If you start putting complete and vital and live nutrients into your body,.. (along with improving your diet),.. you will begin to notice that you are having more energy over time.
.... The food supplement that I would recommend is blue green micro algae. This is perhaps the most nutrient dense food available on the planet. Micro algae is at the very bottom of the food chain and thus it provides all the nutrients your body needs and in a complete balanced and very easily assimilated form.
The algae is available in most natural food stores or vitamin shops such as GNC etc. ... I would recommend that you use the 'wild form' of algae, known as "Klamath Algae". It is more nutrient dense and complete than the commercially grown form, which is known as; "spirulina".
You can buy the algae in either powder, capsule, or tablet form. I think the capsule form is best, .. at least to start out with. ... You could begin by taking say 2 capsules per day with food for say one week,.. and then go to 4 a day for a week (2 morning - 2 evening), .. and go on like this until you get to a daily amount where you are aware that you are experiencing direct benefit from the algae. A better question would be, "is there a safe, effective energy pill". And the answer is "no". Anything that works well isn't good for your body, and anything that isn't worth a flip is just about the only thing that won't hurt your body. Exercise regularly and examine your diet (fast food = no thx), and that will increase your energy by huge amounts.
Of course, this is all assuming that you actually want to increase your energy and live a healthy life, not that you want to spend $10.99 on some quick-fix trash.

Energy pills are unusally not directly harmful...but I would never call them safe. Multivitamin, eating right, and doing all the things your mother told you will get you the best results.
But ok, those things are not convenient so try *EmergenC*, you put it in water and it fizzes. It comes in little packets. Can get at GNC, whole foods, and other places. good luck!!
