You can try Cranberry juice. It's really good for your kidneys. I don't know that it works as a laxative but it may help.

I like Elder berry tea. It tastes good and I never get the common cold or the flu. Then again I avoid the flu shot like the plague, lol. Everyone I know who has had the flu shot gets flu like symptoms the entire next week. So I avoid the flu shot, just drink the tea. The only thing is you cannot put milk in it I guess it stops it from working right.

Apples and plums both have lots of fiber which is what causes the laxative action after eating them.

no fruits that i can attest to but a good quality cayenne powder (the hotter the better) seems to do the job quite well. also food grade aloe vera gel.

Dehydrated Apricot slices are very tasty and work very as a Natural Laxative. Also, if you eat a lot of Bing and/or Queen Anne cherries, you'll be on the P-O-T in no time. Good luck!

Eating grapes also helps with bowel movements. Eating dried fruit can also get you going too.

When my boys had trouble moving their bowels, our pediatrician recommended "the P fruits" - prunes, pears, peaches and plums. You can also try raisins and grapes.
