Is it safe for teens to take aspirin?
for cramps?...
for cramps?

Yep, perfectly safe. Just don't take it in combination with other medicines (unless your doctor tells you to), that could be dangerous. |

i don't see why not, as long as they're not allergic. Naproxine (Aleve) is the best for cramps though. |

I'd be careful. I have heard of complications in young adults as old as 21. If you haven't taken Aspirin at all, be careful. If you have had small amounts without problems, it's probably O.K. From the information I've found complications are more likely when there is a fever present. All that being said, talk to your health-care practitioner before doing anything. The doctor Nazi's have funded laws that say the average joe can't give health care advice. There are cases of healers offering water and getting prosecuted for 'prescribing medication.' |

Yes, read instruction it will give age limits. I don't like them because they can just sit in the bottom of your stomach and cause problems. I use non-Aspirin Acetaminophen,Tylenol, think it even works better for pain. |

Yes, It's not good the take on a empty stomach.and only take the amount stated on the bottle. Aspirin is very hard on the stomach, it is a acid. Exercise is good for cramps. Good Luck |

NO Aspirin IS FOR ADULTS OVER 18 ONLY. don't let anyone under 18 take Aspirin, even "baby Aspirin". people under 18 taking it are at higher risk of getting reye's syndrome which is a very serious skin condition that causes peeling of the skin around your lips, eyes, genital areas... |

Aspirin can cause Reye's Syndrome in children, which affects the brain and liver. It's rare and tends to hit mainly the under twelves but it's still recommened that Aspirin is not given to those under eighteen. Stick to Paracetamol or Ibuprofen for the teenager. |
