I have fibromyalgia too. Mine seems to be concentrated in my back and neck. I have found that massages, done by someone who understands fibromyalgia has helped me tremendously. I have a half an hour massage twice a week just concentrating on those areas and I'm off meds now. You may want to try massage depending on the areas that are effected. Hope that helps :-) Good luck, fibromyalgia can be debilitating!

See what your doc can do about softening the impact of these things on your stomach. Clear any natural remedies through your doctor, to make sure they won't work at cross-purposes with some homeopathic "remedy".

See this page below for suggestions. Things that are good for health help with fibromyalgia like cleansing, fasting, nutrition and exercise. Exercise is important but maybe hard to do.

95% of people who have fibromyalgia have their polarity reversed or stopped. Polarity is the energy flow from one meridian to another in your body. I have helped it (cant say cure or I would get in trouble) many times.
Nature Sunshine has a great herb combination called Fibralgia that works wonders as well.

I know of someone who had this problem and cured it herself naturally. Take a look at her website, she even has a book you can download.

I, too, have fibromyalgia. I decided to not use any of the meds they wanted to put me on because they were just masking the symptoms instead of fixing the underlying problem. I occasionally use a muscle relaxant when the pain gets bad, but I don't think that helps much.
There's a good book called "What your Doctor may not tell you about Fibromyalgia". This book talks about how to eat right, supplement well, and schedule your life to minimize the impact of the condition.
I have found that I feel a lot better when I avoid wheat, dairy, Soy and anything with nitrates. I eat only fresh veggies, fruits, organic meats. I seem to feel better when I stick to this.

Get checked for Candida, or check on websights for other known symptoms and what causes it. You may have 5 or 6 out of the 25-30 symptoms. If you go on a candida elimination diet, you will be relieved of the other symptoms as well. It may take some time. I was on the diet for 6 mo. It was a progressive diet. I got rid of a lot during that time which has never returned since.
