You could try apple cider vinegar. Three times daily, two tablespoons in a large glass of tepid water. I used to live in Indiana and had back pains that worsened in the winter. I started going to a chiropractor who only adjusted; he didn't do the other treatments that so many chiropractors call chiropractic (i.e. ultrasounds). It is called Gonstead. Well the first solution would be to move to a warmer climate. It that's not possible, magnets help aleviate pain. It's worth a try, and they aren't medicines you put in youur body.
