do you live in a dry area? sometimes nosebleeds are induced by dryness in the air. the nose is full of capillaries, and the skin is very thin, so dryness will crack the skin and cause bleeding.
i know this sounds icky, but does she pick her nose? she might bleed from that ... especially if she has longer fingernails or if she does it often - it's irritating to the nose.
if it's not one of those, you probably should take her to the doctor, just to be on the safe side. kids get nosebleeds all the time, but if it's that often, it could be symptomatic of something more serious.

That happened to me, combination of dryness and also I had a vain too close to the surface. I had that cauterized, but still had problems here and there. The best thing to do is to put Vaseline (lightly) in her nose in order to Hydrate the area. I had to do that everyday for awhile and now I haven't had any problems.

That has happened to my boyfriend his entire life. The dr. told him its because his blood vessels are so close to the surface of his skin that any irritation can set off a bloody nose.

In children, many doctors feel that nasal drying is a common cause of nose bleeds. Nasal drying is common in the winter during cold dry weather and in the summer with air-conditioning. If due to nasal drying, nose bleeds can sometimes be prevented by placing KY Jelly about 0.5 inches into the nose using a Q-tip. This should be done two to four times a day. Placing a humidifier in the home will also help. However, this will also promote the growth of molds and other allergens. Do not use Vaseline. Vaseline is petroleum-based and thus will dry, not moisten the nose.
However, children with nose bleeds will often have a wet nose from a rhinitis (inflammation of the inside of the nose). The inflammation from the rhinitis promotes vascularization (blood vessel growth) in the anterior part of the nose. These vessels are usually prominent and bleed easily. Treatment of the allergy with antihistamines or Astelin nose Spray will often eliminate the nose bleeding. If the bleeding does not stop nasal cautery may be required. Do not use steroidal nose sprays in the treatment of nasal allergies associated with nose bleeding since nasal steroids can make the bleeding worse.
Hope this helps!

Allergies could be a cause. You REALLY need to take her to a doctor though. That is a sign of childhood leukemia.

The small vessles in the nose are super close to the surface.
It sometimes is caused by being anemic. I'd have her checked out by a professional hematologist

Take her to an ear nose and throat specialist. S/he can tell you what the problem is and maybe cauterize the vein in the back of the nose.
