I found some old vicodin pills about 6 years old i wanna know if they're still good?

u spelled it wrong and i think pills are only suppose to last like 4 years tops but if u try it good luck and don't O.D. or u can do the smart thing and sell em on the street and run like hell!

As to the misspelling comment, well, THAT'S NOT RIGHT. If you are going to call someone a misspeller, you should at least know how to spell.

Probably not, you could check for the expiration date on the label.

generaly all medicines expire after a certain amount of time.
if there is no expiry date on them and you really wanna know go see a chemist otheriwse i recommend you stay away from them.

No meds usually have just a year exp date on them. I wouldn't take them, there is no telling what will happen.

Also it depends on the potency and how they were stored thoughout the six years.

NO! Call the Pharmacist and they'll tell you they are toxic or just a waste of precious time against your pain. If you take them a doctor may not be able to give you anything useful for up to 8 hours.

I doubt it. Most pills are not good after 2-3 years. Discard it.
