Oh Oh I must tell you these work! I saw the difference in someone I do not know well after his wife had dosed his tea and he didn't know.
If it is for yourself it's ok to try, but dont use on someone else,
Time of working I can't say, but the time difference btwix seeing the husband was approx 1 week.

bach flower remedies are very effective for treating sudden onset conditions like panic, etc. They take a little longer for deeper manifested conditions, sometimes a couple of days. My daughter uses rescue remedy often, and it always works within minutes.

ir depends on how chronic it is, I think normally it takes a few weeks but their effects is very subtle & gradual rather than obvious. Usually chronic conditions take longer.
Also you might like Australian Bush Flower remedies which are simliar & are more for these modern problems (eg sexuality etc)

Hello sweet,
I think you should look into trying herbal remedies and supplements rather than Bach. Try a health food shop and get a good herbal book.
