None, it comes from amphetamines which is a diet pill. So if anything it is a negative callorie. It makes you burn alot of calories.

Most tablets (of all kinds, not just ecstasy) weigh around 200 - 700 mg (total). Lets assume your tablet weighs about 500 mg (slightly larger than an Aspirin). If most of that weight is filler (it is) and the filler they use is lactose (most common) then you've got about 400 mg of lactose. The caloric value of that is about 1.6 calories. So, there you go. Safe to assume it's 2 calories or less.
