Don't do any drugs for several weeks before.
Those kits and things you can order that supposedly mask the metabolites of various drugs don't work, so save your money and start looking for another job if you can't test clean.

Don't do durgs. lol. Seriously illegal drugs cause not only a great deal of physical harm to a person but also result in psychological harm and adversely affect the lives of chronic drug users and the people who care about them. Consider visiting a local support group to help you quit.

You can't. Drugs contaminate your system. It's like you dumped rancid garbage all over your living room floor. No matter what you do, people can detect the horrible stench.
As far as the various tests for drugs, they are impossible to fool. They are designed that way. And thank God they are. At the very least, it is highly inappropriate to allow drug using scum to have any place in the working world. But, lots of times, their inconsiderate and irresponsible behavior puts others in extreme danger. Drug testing makes it possible to quickly identify these undesireables and get rid of them.

If you have a drug in your system, the current drug tests will find it. None of the products you can buy will help. As a matter of fact, the chemicals in these products are tested for themselves, and are flags for a more comprehensive look at you and your "pharmaceutical" usage. They can also take a sample of your hair and find anything that you have been using. Hair grows at a fairly consistent rate, so they can even get a reasonably close approximation of when you ingested the drug. The tests are so sensitive that diluting your urine will just make you uncomfortable. I administer all of the pre-hiring and post incident clearances for a large public safety entity, and experience has shown me that if it's there, we will probably find it.

I don't know what a durg test is...if your trying to spell DRUG I would think by now that your are recognizing that you have a drug problem. My recommendation is that you TURN OFF THE HEAT, CLIMB OUT OF THE FRYING PAN and deal with this problem...then and only then will you be able to PASS YOUR DRUG TEST
