There is NO cure, just "TIME", thats why I no longer drink, the above remedy's may sound like they work but, they don't. You were "INTOXICATED" Alcohol is a "TOXIC" poison, your body is try to rid itself of the Toxins/ poisons, thats why you have a headache and are sick, So now you're going to take Aspirin ? Your Liver is Gonna LOVE THAT ! Nobody ever made a good descision while drinking, EVER ! I stay away from that crap, just use "Giggle smoke", much more fun ! |

Supposedly if you drink a little bit of whatever you drank the majority of the night before (like a half a shot of vodka if you were drinking screwdrivers last night) will make you feel better. I've never tried it but I used to have an assistant manager that did it all the time and said it worked perfect for her. (But she also got fired for drinking at work. LOL) Anyway your best bet would be some Tylenol and a whole bunch of water or Gatorade. Alcohol does dehydrate you. |

Not so much a cure as a preventative: Before drinking, try eating a heavier meal than you normally would, with some extra fats and carbs and starches. Drink several glasses of water, take a Multivitamin, and an extra b-Complex suppliment. While you're drinking, drink one large glass of water for every alcoholic drink you consume to help dilute the alcohol in your system and eliminate it faster and more efficiently. When you get home, drink two large glasses of water, take a vitamin C suppliment and two Aspirin (not other pain relievers). In the morning, drink two large glasses of water and one glass of orange juice. Eat a banana or some oatmeal with a little honey. This method has always worked for me. I don't drink often but when I do, I never get hangovers. Just works by helping to anticipate replenishing what the body loses when drinking alcohol. |

Beer, tomato juice, and an egg, with a bit of hot sauce. I actually like it on occasion without the egg as a regular drink for mornings. Gets you going without the caffine! Like some others are saying, a fry up with tea does great too, if not for the hangover, for the best eating on earth! |

my dear friend, ALL THE RESPONSES WHICH WAS RECEIVED TILL DATE IS OF NO USE.. THE BEST CURE FOR HANGOVER IS EITHER DRINK 1GLASS OFBUTTER MILK WITH A LITTLE SALT (BUTTERMILK IS YOGHURT BEATEN FRESHLY WITH WATER) OR HAVE YOUGHURT WITH LITTLE SALT.. TIPS: WHEN YOU DRINK ALCHOLIC DRINKS TRY EATING TOFU OR YOGHURT ALONG WTH DINNER IT WILL AVOID THE HANGOVER.. CHECK OUT THIS IT WORKS OUT.. |

No cure is known, it's like having a cold. You can only make it less bad! Drink lots of water, eat and drink something with plenty vitamins and avoid watching tv or listening to radio for the headaches. Get plenty of rest. Some friends of mine also believe you just have to keep it going as apparently your body gets used to it (although I think you'll end up totally wasted and maybe in hospital). |

Hangover is your body protesting poisoning it. Try to stop drinking and switch to good habits before you do your body something worse. |

A good hangover cure... 1. Drink WATER- YOU are dehydrated 2. Take vitamin C and vitamin B- your body has used up most of your supply trying to process the alcohol 3. Eat simple carbohydrates [white pasta, crackers, white bread]- no need to strain your digestive system even further... 4. Go back to sleep...by drinking too much last night you have interfered with you deep sleep patterns. Even though you stayed in bed for ten hours, you are probably still tired.... |

Rosemary tea. Tastes like pants. Get a couple of twigs of Rosemary and peel leaves off. Steep leaves in boiling water for ten mins. Then sip and grimace! |

Drink lots and lots of water. I've heard hangovers and a lot of headaches in general are caused from dehydration. |

As an habitual boozer, I feel your pain! You obviously need to drink alot of water to avoid dehydration, but your body's salt levels will be low too so try to eat something salty like chips. You need to have lots of anti-oxidants to rid yourself of the toxins from the night before. These can be found in things like berries and black grapes. If you don't fancy these you can have a few cups of tea instead. Its also surprising what a good long shower or bath can do. Good luck! |
