Does smoking pot make people pale looking?

Just to clear it up, I DO NOT smoke pot, but this kid at my school gets made fun of. He is really pale all the time, and people always call him a pothead because of it. I haven't really heard much about marijuana making you pale, but is this true?

ysm	People are pale because they don't have much pigment in their skin. Pot makes you forgetful not pale. Potheads are pale because they're sleeping on the sofa all day.

Paint N Paper	All the heads I know are pale but that is because they are hiding all the time from their parents, the cops, and whomever else their par-in-oid selves think is watching!!!!!!! Smoking pot can make ya pale simply because you hide from the world and if your a guy I read somewhere that it will make your boobs get bigger !!!!!!!!!! l'il mama	No it does not. Kids just say stupid things. the only thing that makes someone have pale skin is the amount of pigment in their skin. Hopefully you will be grown up enough to NOT pick on the kid too.
