paula b	Yes, it can. it also reduces scares, or prevents them.. It's a wonder cure for acne too. It's oily, but it'll give the skin the healing power. I once knew this girl in school who had one of the worst cases of acne I ever saw. One year, after we got back from summer vacation, her skin was as clear as a babies skin. I asked her her secret. She told me she spread Vitamin E on her skin. It was incredible.. Really.. My mother told me about a woman who had had extremely Hot coffee spill on her upper leg, the burn got badly infected, and wouldn't heal. The doctors told her the leg would need to be amputated. He went home that day, and made up a mixture of, fresh Aloe, and Vitamin E.. When he got back that same day,he spread the mixture on the burn, instructing her to do this several times a day, changing the dressing as well, with in like, 2 weeks the legs was completely healed, and no scars at all. queen_ana	I'm not sure about Vitamin E Oil, but when ever i get some kinda rash or flaky skin i rub in some carrot oil and it ALWAYS works! You should try it. Its like 3 bucks a bottle and it can be bought at your local Walgreen's or albertson's Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No
