For headaches/migrains/sinuses - lay on the bed or couch with a COLD pack under your neck. Have a COLD moist hand towel over your forehead, eyes and nose. (don't cover nostrils). The COLD will reduce or disolve all the inflamation and swelling, thus relieving pain. If medication is needed, the doctor had me use Sudafed with Ibobrophine (which is an anti-inflamitory - reduces sweeling.) It really helped. Also, praying helps.

A common way to relieve yourself of some pain is to massage the afflicted area. Massaging an area releases the natural endorphines which can help ease one of where pain seems to be present.
Also, since you believe the sinus may be involved, consider increasing your intake on fluids. Fluids would permit the better production of mucus and the softening of already hardened plhegm and mucus. It may help relieve the build-up in your sinuses.
Lastly, go see a doctor.
At least get his opinion on what's wrong.

Try taking a very hot shower. Let the hot water run over your face. It helps open up your sinus and relieve the pressure. It works for me sometimes and its better than taking loads of drugs.

My daughter get migraines a lot and she takes coffee and it works for her. Sometimes rubbing the temples will help and try to stay in the dark til it lets up. sometimes they get so bad that it makes you want to throw up. lay as still as possible and in the dark. try to get as much rest as possible. But try the coffee. they also have an Advil that is for migraines. you might want to try that.

Chiropractor. Cold compress on the neck. percogesic - over the counter pain med - massage of the neck and face - glob of vicks in boiling water - turn off and place face over the hot pan with a towel covering the whole apparatus - inhale as long as you can stand it - wear an eye cover - the steam will open up the sinuses and the vicks will start bringing out any congestion that is not moving creating the headache. Been there - sorry for the pain!
