David D	First I would suggest You see what frank below as to say. No, I do not think you can flush it out, as it works by getting into your blood then to your brain, so you would need to let it work its way out, or and go to a hospital and they can flush any that's still in your stomach out before it gets into your blood. The reason people drink water when they are on a "E" is because they are dehydrating them-self so they drink water to compensate and to cool down, but ORANGE JUICE helps to clear the buzz. do not take chances, so Don't fight it. enjoy it and if you can't enjoy it go to the hospital where you can get help. heleni	No. Ecstasy makes you dehydrated, so drinking some water will help with that. BUT if you have too much water this can cause your brain to swell and can actually kill you. There was a case a few years ago where a girl drank 14 pints of water after taking ecstasy and it was actually the water that killed her. If you must take it, it is a good idea to drink some water - probably a couple of pints - but not much more than that. The safest thing is to not take it in the first place. Raffles D	Ecstasy only lasts 24hours max in the system after the last dose, therefore if your friend took Ecstasy 48hours ago it is totally out of her system by now and wont be detected by a urine test. ROBERT H	its possible by tmorrow it will be gon anyway, but drinking water will help if its a urine test, make sure he fills his bladder b4 he goes then it should come clean, but extacy can stay in ure system for up to 5 days. he could take a pot of som1 elses urine, if its a test by mouth swab, he should slyly take a swig of water b4, keep water in his mouth so that soaks the end and not the saliva already in ure mouth. good luck. flaxensummer	Its probably not a good idea to drink more water than you would normally do so whilst on Es as a significant proportion of so called "ecstasy deaths" are actually caused by excessive water in the one's system resulting in hyponatremia (low sodium in the bloodstream) in conjunction with difficulty urinating whilst under the effects of the drug. Your average E pill is metabolised and excreted in its entirety over about 20 hours most of which comes out unchanged as MDMA in the urine. Although statistically ecstasy as a drug is safer than Paracetamol upon use, water should be consumed as normal and no attempt should be made to "flush" the drug out one's system with excessive comsumption of water. Ecstasy can cause the body to release a hormone which prevents the production of urine. Drink too quickly and it interferes with your body's salt balance, which can be as deadly as not drinking enough water. krazykitten123@btinternet.com	ecstacy makes you high, then yu hav to drink water or fluids, then yu take more ecstacy, and drink more water. so if yu take too much ecstacy, then yu might drown urself so, no i wouldn't recommend flushing ecstacy out of ur system with water.
