michislett	Yah, people who have back aches and other pains in the body [not sure how severe] can get a legalized medical card and can legally buy pot for "medical purposes" i don't believe it's hard, since most my friends own them and nothings wrong with them lol. =] Was this answer helpful to you? Kizzle	I believe for liability reasons doctors do not prescribe it. In some states it is legal to smoke or even grow your own with a doctors recommendation, although it still breaking federal law. Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

AustralianandProud	I have read stories that some hospitals( in Australia) will start prescribing it for pain relief but only for that reason , so if you want some best you go to the local niteclub and score coz your doctor wont be giving it to you. Was this answer helpful to you? Yes / No

sk8ergangsta2003	yes it can, only in a select few states, but it is still against federal law. so police may not do anything but the DEA could. and they did to one person who sold medical stuff to patients.. i saw a video with drew carey as the host or something... and yeah i dunno it can be but its only for like cancer patients, and something else that has just slipped my mind... i think it starts with an S doctors give a note of recomendation or something like that then you take it to the seller. and i think you can only get it for neck and back pain and other paints in california.
