There are two things that effect us that are easy to do. Good nutrition and Exercise. Exercise alone will lower blood pressure., but I would cut out salt , diet sodas, sodas , sugar.
, and of course stop smoking. THEN exercise. An athletes heart will pump more blood resting than most others do running. Get your heart strong and your BP will go down. Most people would rather take a pill that is treating the symptoms. Actually you are controlling the blood pressure not CURING the cause. Good Luck!

I don't know if you've ever heard on Nutrilite before (they are the number one vitamin and supplement company in the world and they are completely organic) well they have an excellent supplement called Nutrilite Blood Pressure Health that works great. What I like the most about them is that they have a satisfaction guarentee on all of their products so if you use them and don't like them for any reason then they will give you a full refund. You can't buy their products in stores but you can get them at http://www.adrennan.qhealthzone.com just type Blood Pressure in the search box and it should pop up so you can read all the info on it and make a decision from there if you want to buy it. Hope this helped and Good Luck :)

I agree with Prof Lisa that it is wise to use the herbal remedies under the supervision of a doctor who will monitor your condition. Maintain healthy weight, exercise (probably the best thing you can do), reduce sodium, get enough Potassium, Meditate daily, reduce stress, some remedies that are believed to hep are coq10, Garlic, hawthorne, fish oil and Folic Acid.

Reiki is also excellent for high blood pressure. I have treated a few clients with high blood pressure. At the time of treatment high blood pressure is brought into normal range, temporarily, most clients report that the benefits tend to last longer the more regular they are with treatments.

You could add Salmon to your diet. I take Omega-3 in pill form that come from pure Wild Alaskan Sockeye salmon Oil. I don't really like the taste of fish.

BEST WISHES!

P.S.
Believe it or not chocolate helps too!

Prof Lisa
If you're suffering from high blood pressure or know somebody that is I hope that you're not just relying on taking a few herbal infusions or eating a particular food substance to lower it. Honey is meant to be rich in vitamins, enzymes, proteins and amino acids and properties which can lower a person's blood pressure. Cider vinegar is also said to be a useful tool in the fight to lower blood pressure. However, these substances alone would be ineffectual. A person suffering from high blood pressure should first visit and seek advice from a physician. High blood pressure can lead to a lot of serious medical issues. A person's lifestyle can have an impact on this condition and should be addressed accordingly. A healthy diet and exercise should be considered but not before seeking advice from a health care professional about the right sort for you. The amount of stress a person encounters is not always easy to control but everybody should take at least 10 mins out of a busy day to do absolutely nothing but relax. 10 mins out of a day can mean the reduced risk of a major conary event or stroke. All of these factors should be considered-a few solitary herbs won't be a magical cure!

Fish oil, Garlic (mainly lowers your diastolic pressure), apple cider vinegar and stacks of others that you can find in a search for "high blood pressure" + "natural remedies".
